"This store has a bunch of money hungry people who don't wanna help. I ordered over $9,000 worth of furniture and was promised delivery today, with $5,000 down and now I can't get my stuff until the 17th? They have had my money since the 9th."

"Nothing in stock. If you want to buy here, you need to plan 3 to 6 months in advance. They don't have any stock locally. You order then they order If you want reasonable delivery time, GO ELSEWHERE."

"Horrible experience with this store. 3 different delivery attempts. 1st attempt the items we ordered were "destroyed" and not fit for delivery. 2nd attempt the item that came in broken was on backorder so we had the 2 other items delivered, upon delivery one of the items was the wrong color, so we set up a 3rd delivery. 3rd delivery my son's desk which was a Christmas gift from his grandmother was again broken and not on the truck for delivery. We learned of this from the delivery driver while in route. The other item was the right color this time around. My wife and I went to the Raeford store to talk with someone and talked with Josh who identified himself as the store manager. Josh had zero empathy and did not seem to care to help us remedy this situation other than to order another desk and hope it's not broken. I asked to speak with someone above him and he offered to have Craig the District Manager call us. When inquiring about why we didn't get a call the morning of the delivery informing us that the desk was again broken he said we don't do the deliveries here it all comes out of the Laurinburg store. So we went to the Laurinburg store and talked with Angel (the Laurinburg store manager). She did more for us in 5 minutes than Josh did in the time we spent talking with him. Also Craig the District Manager was at the Laurinburg location and assisted in resolving this issue as well. Needless to say I will never spend another dollar at this location again and if I decide to buy from Badcock again if will be from the Laurinburg location."

"Customer service is great, but the product, not so much. Even after having a repair specialist came out to my house to replace my center console for a sectional, he claimed that my sectional was a "Friday Night Special." Both my sectional and recliner do not stay reclined, as if you put any leg weight on the leg rest it instantly declines with no resistance. I'd recommend you spend a little extra and go with Ashley Furniture products."
