"If you haven't been to a cookout you should definitely try one of their milkshakes. I lean more towards the butterfinger but they have a lot of choices to choose from."
"First time eating at cookout . Double Cz with everything. Onion rings & and fries, and shake under $10 . Great charcoal flavor in burger best onion rings ever and the service was great !"
"I generally enjoy the food, however there is so much inconsistency. For example, I tend to get the chicken quesadillas some times there decently filled, other times they're paper thin as if nothing but cheese is inside. As for the service, they're generally nice, but some won't speak, just the other day I went and said thank you multiple times while at the window, the cashier wouldn't even look at me, after getting my food I said thank you and have a nice day and she just closed the window. I'm not trying to have a conversation but you should be polite enough to customers to say your welcome when thanked or thank them for choosing your restaurant, it finalizes the experience."
"Better ask for a receipt. The cashier tried to charge $6 over the price of my order. I told her that can't be right. She said it was $33. I said what did u have on my order. She told me what I ordered. She again said it's $33. After three times of questioning the price I gave her $40. She started handing me my change and I said I need a receipt. Then she starts pushing buttons again and recounting the money. The bill was only $26 dollars. So then I called Home office. Noone called back so I called back the next day. The girl on the phone said she would contact the store. Never said sorry about that or nothing. So make sure to get a receipt."
"Let me say the food was fresh and hot.. But the attitude was salty when asking for sauce and when we ordered we asked for light ice in both drinks.. they are so packed we could barely get our straws in. Also they gave me a 32 oz cup with tea in it instead of a cookout huge sweet tea.. 5 sips and all my drink is gone. I ordered onion rings and I'll leave a picture bellow of what I got."
