"The installer was very nice and friendly when he switched out my old fireplace burner for the new one. However, I mentioned to him that the fireplace was very dirty before the install and he told me that was normal. I was home, not 15 feet away while he was working, and he did not ask for a broom or vacuum to clean it out before he did the install. He left and did not clean out the fireplace. We did it later, and it only took a few minutes, but it sure would have been easier to do it when it was empty."
