"I came to get a pup cup and drink for myself. But wasn't told they ran out of whip cream for a pup cup til I pay for my $7.00 drink in the drive thru. . I came especially for my dog to have a treat. I would have went somewhere else if they told me ahead of time. Just rsn out as I drove up. Don't believe that. How do you run out of whip cream. But I sat in the parking lot to drink my drink. And people coming out with whip cream . What a disappointment for Molly and me. Won't be back!"

"Purchased 3 standard coffee/tea orders thru drive thru. Our standard orders of Chia tea and cinnamon dulce. All drinks did not taste correct. The teas were weak in flavor didn’t really taste the same. The dulce was heavy on syrup, much more than usual. Probably the worst one I have ever had. Customer service was just ok. Not friendly but not mean., just ok and uninterested. They store seemed normally busy for a Starbucks. Very disappointed in the overall experience, especially when paying Starbucks prices. I think I will just be visiting Cumberland Roasters from now on."
