"Ordered food that required utensils to eat. We got our food then they tell us they have no utensils so we asked for a refund on those items only. Manager was rude and demanded a receipt, which we didn't have due to ordering at the kiosk. As a manager myself, she should've just given us the $6 refund but she wouldn't. I contacted corporate. How are we supposed to eat food without utensils when utensils are required for eating some of what we ordered."
"If you want to be spared of not getting sick don't eat here I just got a whole party pack of hard shell tacos and everyone of the taco shells are old you can kinda tell by the off smell they gave off but not to mention the fact every bit of what I got was either old or burnt to a crisp I asked for a crunchwrap not a burnt to a crispwrap"
