Huddle House

"I have always enjoyed eating at the waffle House in St. Paul's but on this particular night a guy name Brandon or that's what his name tag said. Went outside to smoke before fixing our dinner. He came back in did not wash his hands, didn't not put on gloves and started cooking my order. I immediately said something and we walked out. All the other times I went in the other workers was excellent and good service but Everytime he is there I have the same problem and I leave"

"The servers are amazing! The food was great… until I watched the cook majorly cross contaminate food. He pulled raw sausages and bacon out then proceeded to handle biscuits and everything else. The entire time we were in the restaurant his gloves were never changed. No manager on duty to correct this situation."

"Bad food in the sense it wasn't heated before bringing to table, terrible service, loud and rude employees, nasty tables and floor, and to top it off they are giving free food and all their attention to tables who know staff. She had to ask our order twice because she lost the ticket book. Waited over 15 minutes to pay the check, we should've just left. Disgusted with this establishment. There was only 2 tables taken besides the giant crew who knew the one waitress. They even said the 25% off offer on EVERY table wouldn't work and didn't care to figure out why. They said "it is what it is, happy holidays""

"This Huddle House was a great surprise with some of the best food I've had in a while. I've been to a ton of Restaurants like the one but the isn't as good as it was today. It's so refreshing to run across a staff that cares about their profession and add more effort than the rest."

"Cleanliness was in need of service, especially when associate in busy throwing stuff on the floor while cooking. Also large hole in the floor in the kitchen covered by a board showed they weren't very worried about employee safety. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper and towels. Service also very slow. Took almost an hour to get our food. Only thing that was good, was the food. Not wheelchair accessible or bathrooms are not ADA compliant."
