"For a fast food joint, Wendy's rates in my top 5, even though I don't eat fast food other than fries, my daughter loves Wendy's though. Customer service is always pleasant"

"As far as Wendy’s go this is no exception. Reasonably good service. Nothing bad to say and it was professional and quick. Order was also done right. No issues with the food."

"This place needs help.. The fried foods,, surprise surprise was barely warm,, and was in the warmer,, 5 seconds after I ordered.. The person who took my order barely listened,, and U had to repeat myself several times,, I ordered inside even.. Smallest amount of cheese and onions on a Chili, I have ever seen in 40 years,, and that large,, cost nearly $5.. All in all,, $13 for my meal and 1/3 of it was subpare of being mediocre,, Not sure they deserved 3 stars.."

"If I could give less than this I would! After they had issues with their system going down they got rude with me for not having cash to pay for my meal instead of a card I waited over 20 minutes and after telling them I had enough to cover only my sons meal they finally told me that price then very reluctantly gave me my dollar change and then the “manger” came to the food window and tried to refuse to give me the food that I paid for! When I asked to speak to a manager he finally gave me my food and then locked the window in my face. Not only was it not my fault that YOUR system went down but you can not be mad that customers don’t have cash. Who ever is really the manager needs to spend some time training your staff on how to have appropriate customer service and communication!"

"Closed the dining area at least 20 minutes early and denied me service even though they were still serving the drive thru. I work in the shopping center and really could have used a meal during my shift. Frustrating experience."
