"These workers lack brain cells. I’ve ordered multiple times from Uber eats. Half the time they send spicy nuggets instead of regular, today they sent a bacon cheeseburger and fries when I ordered 20 nuggets and fries."
"It's a Wendy's not much to say. The lady at the drive through obviously hates her job, it shows with her attitude. She was inpatient and rude at the speaker and at the window. My double stack and fries were room temperature cold I literally took one bite of the burger and threw it out the window. As far at atmosphere it's connected to a gas station so if your seriously rating atmosphere for a Wendy's then you have to much time on your hands lol"
"Great Wendy’s!! Manager Tamika was very sweet, and helpful. Located next to Rea Farms Shopping Center across the street from the Whole Foods Shopping Center (it’s connected to the Circle K Building) this Wendy’s is really well run. Spotlessly clean and the food was fresh and quick. Located at 11640 Providence Rd Charlotte, NC 28277"
"Stopped by at 11:45 pm for a quick snack on the way home. Was greeted with a short "be with you in a minute", Ordered 2 - 4for4's. Wanted a frosty but the frosty machine was not available, decided for sweet tea but there was no tea either. Settled for Dr Pepper and it was horrible. Food was cold and not anywhere near fresh. The woman who tended to us at the window obviously did not want to be there. We did not complain as it would have obviously fallen on deaf ears so we quietly put our food in the nearest trashcan and headed down the road to the next available chain open. Glad it was only $8 wasted."
"They couldn’t ring my order up correctly, they poured my tea into my cup from multiple pre-dispensed cups at 8:15 pm (closes at 2 AM), the tea was extremely sour and smells terrible. The sandwiches were, generously, as tender as cardboard and luke warm. I’ve given this location multiple tries because it’s close and convenient. However, I will get snacks from the gas station attached to this Wendy’s if needed in the future. I would totally ask for a refund but their printer “was out of paper and we don’t have a receipt for you”. Seems like a lie based on the reciepts hanging on the printer, but I’m no expert! Someone please tell the “manager” I’m sorry for asking to pay the correct price, I didn’t mean to interrupt them closing 6 hours early."
