"I stopped at Williams Tire today after getting a flat while traveling on business. It turned out that my tire had been ruined by a very long screw that went through the tread and damaged the sidewall of the tire. Mr. Williams took the time to show me the damage to the tire and explain why a patch wouldn't work. He didn't have a replacement for the tire in stock, so he asked me which way I was traveling, and he told me the name of a tire store that would have the tire in stock that was in the same direction I was traveling. He was extremely helpful and I would have never thought to go where he sent me. He was absolutely right, the tire shop had the tires, and was able to resolve my problem. I really appreciate the great customer service experience that Mr. Williams gave me today!"
