"I have been going to Valentis for years. The food and service used to be good. It has gone down tremendously. I will order a pizza and do later pickup, it was always hot. This past Thursday I set the time to pickup for the same, it was ice cold. I thought maybe someone made a mistake then we took my mother-in-law there for her birthday on 2/3/24. There were 2 other tables with people. We sat there for 15 minutes before anyone got our drink order. It then took another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to take the order. We waited another 1/2 hour for our food then when we got it mine and my husbands meatball parm was cold. My mother-in-law and sister-in-law bother ordered lasagna. When it came out I said oh good they have a lunch portion. It was a little square once again cold. My elderly mother-in-law finished her whole plate because it was so small. We get the bill and that little sliver of lasagna was $19.95. It wasn’t even worth $10. We will not be going back. Very disappointed because this was our local go to."
"Brought a local guest here for the first time to eat dinner. The atmosphere was comfortable, the waiter was attentive and helpful. The food was okay. I ordered a noodle dish with wine and added chicken. It was the chicken that kept throwing me off; instead of being cooked fresh it tasted like it had marinated too long. It wasn't as tender as it could have been and had a tangy aftertaste. My guest enjoyed their eggplant dinner. We plan on returning but want to order something different."
"Used to love this place. But prices are way out of sight anymore. Got take out tonight with One medium Alfredo pizza with mainly Alfredo sauce and little else. Plus one chicken and shrimp Alfredo dish and one small side salad. $60 And no drinks either. Went to major steakhouse last week and ate in with one large filet and a portebello mushroom, Swiss cheese chicken breast. Both had salads and sweet potato plus two sodas. Total (plus an evening out instead of take out). Was $58. Sorry Valenti’s but way way over priced!"
"We stopped at Valenti's Italian Restaurant after a long day of driving and appointments. The location was very convenient; less than a mile off US HWY 1 Bypass. We were greeted by friendly staff, everything was well maintained, the ambiance was relaxing, the bathrooms were nice and clean, there was a bar area and nice banquet room. Mom tried a slice of supreme pizza. I ordered a Twister; I added pepperoni and sausage in lieu of the steak or chicken that was listed in the description. My meal was so large that mom and I only ate half of it. (She tried 2 small slices.) She carried the other half home to my dad. (Can't forget him!) :-) Both meals were great! Now that we know how great it is, and how convenient the location is, we will definitely stop by there on many more of our long trips that go by there!"
"Expectation started when we pulled into the parking lot and saw the building. I was expecting something good. I wanted to take the family somewhere we had not been. So we drove an hour and a half to find this place. One table had a couple of small girls working on making their own pizza. The restaurant gave the girls the dough and the ingredients. I thought that was pretty cool. We had fried ravioli for starters; it was very good. Then I had cream of asparagus soup, which was delicious. My wife and I had Pasta Milano with chicken. I then knew I was about to hurt myself. I can't fail to mention how good the garlic rolls were. We all had a very good meal. It made our family outing very special. Thank you all for doing what you do. We loved that we could take a trip and support you."
