Walmart Auto Care Centers 720 U.S. 74, Rockingham, NC 28379

"ROCKINGHAM, NC .... Very bad Walmart management and corporate. You can't even keep the Auto department gainfully stocked with employees. I can't get a fuqin battery replaced under warranty because no employee there to test it and there are no 51R batteries in stock to replace it with! And, I can't get a refund at the service desk because "locked out of that department for refunds". Never ever again for Walmart Automotive. No Stars, they owe me stars.... *(2 yrs ago) was 4 stars* I have enjoyed going in here and getting my task done! (over the years)."

"Generally our experience (Pre-Covid) has been great. But like many other business, customer service has declined and the ability to get things done have become more difficult. We made three separate trips to this Walmart in an attempt to get tires put on. First time we were told they were short on technicians and we could come back after lunch. They have no reservation system, so it's first-come-first-serve. We were also told that there would be full staff the next day and maybe we should come back then. We came back the next day and there was only one person working, so they weren't able to open the tire center at all. Third visit we were turned away, saying they were not taking any more cars for the day because they had too many. Maybe implementing the ability to schedule appointments could help prevent these issues."

"We went in to get a flat tire removed and to have a previously patched tire mounted to replace the current flat one. The associates helping us needed to have the situation explained to them several times before realizing the simplicity of what we needed, other then that they were polite and the service was speedy but it is a bit ridiculous to spend nearly an hour of time explaining you want a flat removed and a tire mounted."

"Arrived here at 6pm to them already being closed. Hours were until 7pm on the door. Employees inside the store but no one would come to the door!"

"I have an appointment for new set of tires installed at 2pm. When I got there, after driving for 40mins. They told me they cannot accommodate me because they are understaffed. The annoying part is they did not even bother to call me to cancel my appointment and made it look that it’s my fault. Worst customer service!"
