"Arrived at location and ordered food at 8:31pm, was told anything that included using spork wouldn't be able to dine in and eat due to not having any plastic utensils. So ordered sandwich and fries instead, here it is 8:51pm still no food. Employees walking around smiling acting like nothings going on. Still at 8:55 pm no food while Manager walks around like this is acceptable making excuses. Will not return to location as extremely displeased with service."

"Zaya has great customer service and a positive attitude after taking my order which it was a complicated order. she was very patience with me; also it was the best service I ever had in Pembroke after being disappointed with food quality the last few visits."

"Let's say I seriously doubt I will return after being treated soo rudely at the drive thru. The cashier says I hope you aren't videoing me. Then walked off with some words I couldn't hear. I guess you aren't allowed to have your phone in your hand at the window."

"I’ve never been to this location in person so take this review with a grain of salt. I ordered from this location off of DoorDash tonight. I’ve only had Bojangles once before and it was pretty good, so I figured I’d try it again. I decided to just order food because I was tired and didn’t feel like making anything. From the time of me placing my order to having it in hand was about 10 minutes, which I was impressed with. I figured if it was made and picked up so quickly it’d be hot or at least warm. It was not. I ordered the chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and bacon. I also ordered a side of Mac and cheese and a side of mashed potatoes. They were out of mac and cheese so they gave me extra mashed potatoes (which is fine). The sandwich tasted stale and the chicken was dry. There was hardly any cheese, bacon, or tomato on there and no lettuce. They gave me a container full of mashed potatoes and I was under the impression that the gravy came on top. They gave me the gravy in another container filled to the brim. I looked and they didn’t give me any utensils for my food and there was no straw. The only reason I ate it was because I spent $20+ and didn’t want to waste it. I don’t know if it was just an off night since this is the first time I’ve ordered from here and I have nothing to compare it to, but I wasn’t impressed and feel like I wasted $20. Won’t be ordering from here anytime soon."

"The restaurant is clean and up-to-date. However, the staff is another thing: they were busy cleaning & taking care of the drive-through & didn't seem to care that I was waiting to place my order. I stood at the counter for at least five minutes before someone finally took my order. Then, it was another 10 minutes before I received it. Not sure if this is how they serve everyone, but I will make sure not to stop there again when I'm back in the area."
