"I was very happy with the purchase process of our 2019 expedition from Marty but the check engine light came on before the process was finished and they told us they would take care of it so we took it in for them to diagnose it they said it was the catalytic converters it took the over 6 months to get them in then when they finally got them on the check engine light came back on not even 3 days after they put the cats on took it back and now they are wanting us to pay to have it fixed after going back and forth they said they would split the price of repair with us they said it’s a new code now for an oxygen sensor but ain’t that what monitors the cats to make sure they are in spec not to mention didn’t they unplug them and screw them out of the old pipe and put them back in the new ones"

He went to pay and take delivery and was told the price went up. Beachum and Lee would not honor the price quoted and guaranteed by Ford under their price protection policy for people who order vehicles. He was told they could sell it to someone else for much more since the truck model was in demand. They are unethical. They look out for their greed and not their customers. Avoid!"
