"I would have to say this was a nice little restaurant to stop at for a quick meal. It's very nice looking inside. The decor was awesome. Very clean in the dining area. Girlfriend and I had two specials for the day, which were two beef tacos with a side. I thought the meal was very good. Service was absolutely on point. She was very polite and very informative about the specials. So glad that we stopped in for a meal. I know it is off-season right now. The only thing I would have to say is do something to make it known you are open."
"PLEASE KNOW THERE IS NO MEXICAN FOOD IN THE MENU. ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED RECIPT BEFOREHAND TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BEING CHARGED FOR. We especially stopped by to dine in for Mexican food and were disappointed that menu has only burgers and french fries. There is an open salad bar which was ok. The place is clean and I liked the decorations. Employees were polite and helpful. What I would have appreciated is to have an itemized bill. Employee just came with her card machine to put my credit card. When asked for an itemized bill since I felt my bills was more than what we ordered she said she has to speak to my manager if they can print for us. We were running late so we did not persist on it."
"Out of all of my visits to South Of The Border I have only ever eaten at the ice cream place, and the Hot Tamale building, so I decided to pop in here for the first time ever. It's a real surprise they don't serve Mexican food here, despite the whole Mexican theme in the entire place, but the food they do serve here is very much worth it nonetheless! I highly recommend you get the chili as well! I practically had the whole restaurant to myself, so my service was quick! There does appear to be some sort of private room for bigger groups too."
