"ZERO STARS, bought 4-new tires at Discount Tire in Concord and was treated very professionally. Had them rotated in Salisbury last year and was treated great. Went to this Monroe location today to get rotate and balance and was told that I needed new tires. That they were a "4" these tires still have a lot of tread left and do not need to be replaced. When I told the sales person that I was not buying tires today, just need rotate and balance, he said "for your safety, it won't do any good to rotate them. When I picked up my keys to walk out, I told him that they had just lost a good customer. The manager followed me out and said "we'll rotate and balance them, but it will be about 3-hours". I told him if they weren't so concerned about selling new tires, their business would be great. But I will not be back to Discount Tire. BTW, I read through some of the reviews and noticed all the 5-stars were when people bought tires. All the low ratings are for service after the sale. Speaks volumes!"
