Papa Johns Pizza

"The guys who were cooking and making the pizzas they need to be wearing hair nets with their long hair. That's unprofessional and surprised customer have not gotten hair in their food. Bad employee customer service in dress uniform"

"Ordered a pizza with light cheese and cooked welldone. I got the exact opposite. Extra cheese and the dough was raw in some parts. Ate half of one slice and threw it away. Love Papa John’s but this location is generally pretty bad."

"This is the worst Papa johns in existence, last month I ordered a pepperoni Pizza and it came looking like a bunch of different pizzas to create one and one of the pepperonis were not even sliced it was an inch thick. I did not take a picture of my previous experience and did not even leave a negative review. Yesterday I had a half chicken and pineapple half Pepperoni pizza delivered to me last night, I did not eat it and threw away $20 bucks. Try out this Papa johns at your own risk. I almost blamed the delivery driver due to cheese being missing but they have nothing to do with the uneven cuts and just an entire I dont give af about the pizza creation in general. Hopefully I saved someone some aggravation because this definitely ruined my night."

"We were delivered a pizza that had been dropped and the freshness sticker had been torn! We contacted the store to notify them and requested a new pizza be sent to us as soon as possible since we had already waited for 1 hour. The store manager had the nerve to tell us that we had to wait another hour and did not offer any compensation. He did not offer a free dessert, a coupon, or a refund. We called back and he finally put us at the top of the list. We still had to wait 45 minutes and then he told us that he could not do anything because they were forced to use doordash because they don't have enough drivers. I contacted doordash and they told me they couldn't do anything because we ordered through the store and it is the stores responsibility! This is absolutely ridiculous that no one can be accountable for this delivery man's poor work! When you order from the store be sure to request a Papa John's driver so that if something happens someone can be accountable!"
