"My review here changes nearly every time I go. I had a terrible experience with two shorter women with black hair at a visit a few months ago. BUT my granddaughter and I went yesterday, and it was pleasant. There were two male employees working... They were both very nice, smiles on their face, eager to help. The one that checked us out at the back of the store, reminded me to spin the wheel. You could just tell that he was a genuinely good person. Was a great experience. The terrible price on the shoes was not his fault. So this 5 stars is for the two gentlemen that were working on April 21st 2023"

"So I had a problem with a pair of shoes a couple of weeks back and the store manager took care of my issue. Very good old school customer service and It’s much appreciated. "Mike at Shoe Carnival in Monroe is amazing! My father is elderly and could not go into the store to try on shoes. Mike made great suggestions, pulled several options and walked out to our car to let my dad try on shoes. We did not expect such great service, but we got it, and it was a great help to us! We already get many of our shoes from this store, but we will definitely remain customers for years to come."

"The manager at this location is super sweet and knows how to treat customers. I was treated very poorly at the Matthews location so decided to come the one In Monroe, after all its not the stores fault of how the employees treat the customers. I explained the situation to the manager and she was very sympathetic and understanding. She is also very nice to the employees and speaks to them with respect. I will be coming back!"
