"Took my teen in the store on 7.7.20 to grab a few t shirts. We had never been to this store previously, but saw their window display and he decided to check them out. The employees were nice enough, but, none had masks on. None. Three employees and zero masks. Masks are required in N.C. Will never step foot in that store again."

"Today was my 1st and last time at this location. The customer service is beyond pathetic. My husband and I both found some clothes and were ready to check out, so we went to a seemingly available register. There were two employees standing there having a full on conversation, and at one point, a third joined in. Nobody acknowledged us for the minute we stood there, so we went to the register on the opposite side, where someone else was getting rang up. Things were moving slow and we were irritated with being ignored, so we're gladly put our things back and walked out."

"I went in there with my 10 year old found some boots this past black Friday around 7 pm. It was only like 3 other customers in there not crowded at all. Anyway my daughter had to use the restroom and I asked an employee and she said there is no restroom. What???? I said no restroom for customers? She then said no public restroom. Is that ok???? Is this the protocol there? Rue 21 wants my $$$ but my 10 year old can't use the restroom!?!?! Will never go back"

"Website shows they close at 7, I tried to come in at 6:46 because I needed to buy some shoes really quick and was told, "we're closing" by a young, short brownskin young lady with glasses and shoulder length hair. She would not let me or another young lady in the door. Terrible customer service and I will never return. Very bad first impression of this store"

"Great attentive staff! Only a 4 star because I wish it was an all female store. With just a few more options, I'd let my daughter do all her shopping here. Prices are fair, choices are plenty, and again staff are always on point."
