"I will be honest. The pizza was awesome I had the night before. I went back the next day after work and got a Chicken O Philly and onion rings and was very disappointed when I got home. There were barely any onion rings and the sandwich it's self was very dry from being over toasted. There was barely any chicken, cheese, or onions in the sandwich at all. It was mainly bread. Also, the chicken was very dry and didn't really have a taste. Like I said the pizza was great but the Philly wasn't up to par with any other chicken Philly I've ever had. Spending almost 21 dollars a meal I expected it to be excellent. I will probably return for the pizza one day but not a sandwich again."

"This is a tough one because we have such limited options of restaurants in our small town and I always want to support local. However, we have given them two years and countless opportunities to convince us that they have pride in their establishment but after Saturday, we have officially declared it a place we will not longer patronize. From the unpleasant “service” to the mediocre food, it isn’t worth the overpriced disappointment anymore. It’s a shame, it seems as though the other location is quite popular and also successful. Latest experience: Ordered three large pizzas. The pepperoni had holes in it, I’m not sure what that was about? The hamburger pizza had toppings on part of the pizza. The crust on all three was tough and very hard to chew. I was told the order would take 20 mins, because of past experiences we waited 30 mins before going to pick up. Ended up waiting an additional 20 mins at the restaurant, which was empty. An hour for pizza!!! I called to complain but got usual excuses from the manager/chef. At $22ish per pizza when I can get a frozen one from the grocery that is chock full of toppings for HALF the price, I think the choice is clear."

"Would just like to say Luna's pizza has the worst customer service I have ever seen. This is the last pizza I will be getting from them. The teenager behind the register barely acknowledged me and all but slid the pizza to me. This was my second attempt with them and my experience . Hopefully others have had better service. Also, the order was wrong, but I don't send food back."
