"This place has completely turned around in our experience. We especially love Dawn! She's the best server we've had at any establishment. We decided to give this place "one more shot" and we had Dawn as a server. Since that "last shot" visit, we've been back numerous times and have had a good experience even when she's not working. Glad it's turned around."

"The first time I came to this location over the summer me & my children left after sitting for ten minutes and not being greeted. Today when I walked in everyone said hello with a pleasant smile. The food was really good although my eggs wasn’t made correctly but no big deal. The only negative thing that truly bothered me was management. And how he spoke to the employees even so much as raising his voice at two of them. That should be addressed within the higher ups. Because that type of behavior can cause a toxic work environment and those ladies working are really sweet I can tell and don’t deserve it. It’s not always what you say but how you say it and if he can’t be more polite about it he might not be a good candidate for a manager position. But overall thank you ladies I’ll be back soon."

"Online order sent (4:23am) Get there (4:40am) sit a couple of minutes inside finally acknowledged to take my order. Tell the waitress it’s an online order in return she states no orders had come through all the while turning off/on the machine. Waited additional 25 minutes to finally receive the food!"

"Exceptional service as always! Anderson was so nice! Helped us with every need that we had. He was fast and on point with his service. Looks like they have new staff as well! The cook was amazing!!! 10 out of 10 recommend the Waffle House location!! The texas bacon patty melt is my go to meal along with grits! It’s always cold in there so bring a sweater!"

"Most of the people that work here makes it obvious they hate there jobs! The one guy the one time was told to clean the tables. Instead he had an attitude and was on his phone. I love eating at Waffle House. This one makes me not come there!"
