"About a month ago I purchased a tire from this company. Today I went back to see if I could get the tire replaced I would have paid. The owner tells me to speak with the tall guy name, Tony. I spoke with Tony Tony walked out to my car read the number that was on the tire and told me that they did not have any in stock and that I needed to walk back inside of the building and speak with the owner. Tony had already got the number off of the tire so therefore I had to go back and look at the tire and get the number off of it myself in which I was not going to do. Because I don’t work for this establishment. Tony should have went and delivered that message himself. I called the owner and he said that he wasn’t going to do anything about it. As far as I’m concerned, that was very poor customer service. Note, I am an African-American male at a Caucasian car shop. I really feel some type away about this."
