"I took my truck in because my driver side tail light and front right turn signal were out.They said they didn’t have the turn light in stock and couldn’t replace the tail light because they said the screws were rounded out(I bought the truck used last year and this is the first time I’ve had lights out so the screws were from the previous owner)and they didn’t have a tool to remove them.Then went to Precision Tune Auto Care and they had no problem with the screws saying the problem was just some rust and it sounded like one of the many excuses for not doing the work that they say they hear from customers who went to Wal-Mart."

"I got to the lube center at 842 am was no one waiting it took them an hours to change my oil then I got my tires rotated and that all so took an hour then my truck just sat in the bay for no reason it is not 11 am and I am Still waiting and when it was completed, I didn’t even get an O sticker or nothing"

"They went above and beyond to help me! I was looking for a battery that said was in stock and didn’t see it. But one of the guys working in checked the back for me and found the battery. Then provided the service to change it for me on site. He walked me out to my vehicle because I was unsure of it to crank again to be ready to jump start me just incase. Then the gentleman checking the vehicle in checked to see if and ensure the battery I was getting was right. With my car it’s 2 different options for the battery size. To which they had the original option I was looking for luckily. They seriously where helpful and very happy and pleased with the service."

"My wife was in Rock Hill today and had an issue with the tire. She said all they did was replace the valve stem. When she got home the tire is in the same condition it was before she took it to Walmart in Rock Hill. I was not with her and her car had the same issue today and I took it to the Walmart in Conover NC. Hers is fixed. Is it because she was a woman that your store took advantage of her? The Valve stem looks almost the same. Did you clean it up to make it look new? It doesn’t even have a cap on it. If it were up to me you would have a one star review for this entire department. As of the picture taken there was 7.5lbs of pressure in the tire."
