"Ice machine was broken, so no ice in your drink. Coffee machine also broken. Employees are friendly and doing the best they can. I believe it's time for corporate to step up and get some much needed maintenance in this location. Dining area could use some help too."

"First, this location is VERY slow, especially if you go inside. Second, don't waste your time asking for an item without something on it (taco Supreme, no tomato). It has NEVER happened. Sadly, never is the correct adjective. My sister orders without tomato and it took 3 chances before we stopped going. It's not that she doesn't like it and can peel it off. She CANT have it. It's a waste of our money and time going here. We have to throw away the meal each time. It's very disrespectful that they can't pay attention to these things and for that matter don't care to."

"I don't know what's going on with this Taco Bell! It was closed down for a little while for a remodeling is now open. But the problem is, the food is still the same, half filled tacos as if they were running out of meat, small and thin burritos and still having to pull up and wait for my food for about 5 to 8 minutes. Matter of fact, I saw four other people parking and waiting for their food in front of me. I have a sneaking suspicion that the management of this location is not very good."

"Ordered steak quesadila with extra steak. What I got was a folded quesadila with no extra steak. It was cut in 4 triangles, and the outer two had nothing. Contacted door dash because that's who we went through, and they said there is nothing they can do. No answer from store when called. Done with it all"

"Went at 12:30 today (November 15th 2023), had an issue with one of my items but the manager and Blue quickly helped me get the correct item. Thank you so much to them! Will definitely come again!"
