"Worst location ever. I ordered ahead and still waited 20 mins while the staff argued and hid on the back. They tried to hand me 3 pizzas not mine before finding mine. The guy working was more worried about selling drugs and providing blunts to random guys who bust in screaming rap lyrics. The girl in the black hoodie with the braids didn’t even want to help and stated that. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve just left. People had been waiting inside almost an hour. The inside was packed!!! Worse experience ever"

"Ordered simple delivery for one large pizza and an order of pasta - food showed up 41 minutes later than the expected delivery time and the food was cold and obviously was sitting outside of the oven for an extended period of time. There was zero communication from the store or the delivery service and at the end of the day, overpaid for cold, terrible food and will not order from this location ever again."

"I ordered a large pizza on 9/6/2023 through the Pizza Hut app along with a 2 liter drink. Food arrived by Door Dash but no drink. I called and Pizza Hut and the store was completely out of drinks at this location. No complaints.I Requested a refund for my drink. They stated I needed to go through Door Dash app, why? I didn’t order my food on Door Dash app, there is no current or previous orders. I learned this Pizza Hut has no more in house drivers and uses Door Dash for all deliveries. So after going around and around for 15 minutes about there is no way I can request a refund on door dash, the light bulb goes off in this young man’s mind. He offers me a store credit, I declined and request for the $3.45 back on the original card. His response, I have to wait til my manager comes into the store. Days and weeks go by. Still nothing. I contacted Pizza Hut customer support and filed a complaint. Got a nice email response, we apologize blah blah blah and someone will be contacting you to resolve the issue. Still no calls or responses. I called the corporate office. Nice person helps me and apologize blah blah blah and stated someone will call you. Still no call back. I called again and today… Pizza Hut keep the $3.45… I will never ever buy another pizza from any of your establishments world wide. May not matter to you but at least I’m communicating which is what you lack."

"Horrible! Do not go here!!!!! Dry,No sauce, No Cheese...owner replies publicly on Google. But never actually fixes the issue when you email him. Last year I got a bad pizza and gave them another try...wrong move wasted money again!"
