"I understand its a Holiday but its still a proper way to do things. You have a line full of people with mobile orders and your store has accepted the money and transactions were not cancelled. Its simple turn off mobile orders if YOUR STORE decides to not stay open for the Holiday hours you have posted online. Confirmed hours yeah right. Who is suppose to know that but you?! Poorly ran establishment obviously."

"I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a satisfactory meal from this McDonalds. Horrible customer service. They are capable of ringing the right order up, yet when I open up the bag, I’ll have the wrong food. Throw the whole establishment away."

"I went there to get a total of 16 McNuggets with fries and a Sprite. Every employee I talked to was confused about my order. When I got it, there were only 10 nuggets, no fries, 3 sandwiches I didn’t order, and the wrong sauce. I wouldn’t go here if you expect your order to be right, check the bag before you leave for sure. Horrible place."

"So I went to this McDonald’s before I went to work and ordered a bacon quarter pounder with no cheese. First time it was cheese on it so requested it was corrected that I am allergic. I’m not a customer to complain that I am a businessman and know how things are. But this right here is unacceptable on all ends. If someone is allergic to something you should remake it not dig the cheese of the burger. The guy who brought me my things was the best part of my experience as he was polite, helpful and understanding but the burger I was given for the correction an who made that should not be working in the food industry if specifically with people who have severe allergies. NOTE: I got to work and was very unsatisfied/disgusted once looking for my lunch and money wasted."
