"This Starbucks has the worst customer service. Drinks are misplaced or made wrong. The people that work there will not look you in the eyes. They let you stand there waiting to be helped when you can’t find your drink. The store was not busy at all and no one out of 4 workers would give you the time of day. Then the drink tasted horrible and will not help you when you go back up for them to fix the drink. I would give them no stars if I could. They need to be more helpful."

AND if I didn't order my drink the way I wanted it or sweet enough they've always offered to remake it or add something to it. So Starbucks is my go-to for coffee nowadays if I'm out."

"Impressively managed store and staff. I want to say for a "young" generation the employees seemed to genuinely care about the service and quality of the coffee and food served. I spoke with Layla or Kayla (can't remember the name) the store manager and she seemed to really care about her employees and cleanliness of the store. I live in Raleigh and was in the area visiting and really preferred this atmosphere more. Thanks for the Java Chip guys!! Best coffee I have had in a while!!"
