"This has quickly become my go-to place. The ladies are always friendly, provide incredible service, and work quickly. The best London-Fog I've had...nearly every visit. The atmosphere is light, welcoming, and always clean. My only complaint is being unable to get my tea when on night shift...3am would be much better with a Pine Scone visit."

"I put this one star review in and the next day was contacted by the owner/s. They told me they felt bad about the situation and wanted to personally deliver the scones that I had ordered to rectify the oversight. I even told them that I lived in Fayetteville and they said it didn’t matter it’s what they wanted to do. I have to say that that says a lot about someone when they see that you’ve had a bad experience and they’re willing to go out of their way to make it right. At first when this happened I was willing to write the business off and not return, but seeing that they care that much, I will be returning. The scones are the best I’ve ever had. Their customer service and organization not so much. I’ve put in a bulk order online two days in advance, get to the store to pick it up and they are looking at me like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Then they check their system and see it in there and then proceed to tell me that they don’t have the scones I ordered, because they didn’t put it together, so I ended up canceling my order and getting a refund. They told me it is best to call or come into the store to put in bulk orders. A few months later I do just that, I go into the store put in my bulk order and was told they could have it ready at 2pm. Go into the store and they don’t have my order. Same employee as last time told me oh well it’s just like last time we didn’t check the system. I told her I came in in person and out this order in at 7am and she then proceeded to tell me, well it must’ve been an oversight, so I had to get my money refunded to me yet again. Although their scones are the best I will not be returning because of this reason."

"Got the Verde: dairy free scone, seasonal vegan burger, seasoned avocado, vegan mayo, spinach, and red onion. Was delicious and more than I could eat. So worth it!"

"Took more than 30min just to confirm the order and then when we called the lady had a bad attitude about our order. The picture is our frozen drink that arrived completely melted. Overall a terrible experience that we will never order from them again. Plus only gave us one sandwich when we ordered 2. Makes no sense to go through all this to not even get our order correct"

"When in Pinehurst, stop at Pinescone Cafe, at least once! They have various scones on the menu; from sweet to savory, something for everyone. Personal favorite is the Blueberry White Chocolate or Cranberry Orange. Scones are definitely freshly baked, and bursting with flavor. It’s great that they cater + the option to buy frozen logs of scones to bake at home!! Coffee is pretty on point as well! They offer some in house specialities and of course your classic cup o’Joe."
