"I ordered a sweater from GirlTribe and was super surprised when i woke up the next day to an email saying i cancelled my order and was refunded When i reached out to customer service for a remedy and explanation i was told their “inventory was off” As a small business, you would think first impressions on first time customers would be integral to building your business into a brand that people recognize for their awesome products and even better quality control for the consumer. My suggestion - triple check your inventory before you go live with a product. Enough reviews like mine could have a lasting impact on your business."

"I’m so sad. I’ve wanted to order from them for so long and I’m left with such disappointment with no resolution or answers. I ordered almost three weeks ago items that were all in stock and a store notice that five business days was the average to ship an order out. I got my first “we are doing out best” email at 7 days post order (which I totally understood!). Waited another 7 days to send my first email. I received an email back saying they were trying to restock and my order was being worked on. I ordered things that were in stock? So that was off to me. I followed up today now almost three weeks since order being placed and received little to no help or time frame just another we are working on it. It would be really nice to know how long shipping an order out is actually going to take I’d be more than happy to wait if I was given an accurate time frame in the first place because I understand small businesses! I can’t help but have a poor taste in my mouth seeing all these pack orders with me lives with free gifts and order refunds (for holiday fun) when I can’t even get an email answer heading into arguably the biggest retail week of the year. I so badly wanted to love this store and shop for Christmas gifts this week but I’m left with no answers on an order I placed weeks ago that hasn’t even been shipped yet."

"Sarah and her team went above and beyond for me after I had an issue with my order. They took the time to offer a solution and welcomed customer feedback. The shirts are great quality as they use qualify comfort colors shirts and they print the shirts themselves in house. These shirts are not mass produced and have both high quality image resolution and font. I would definitely recommend checking out their locations for some fun shirts or ordering online (if you have the extra time)."
