Even when I said hello, she just didn’t pay attention to me and kept discussing what they had on lunch…It is extremely disappointing…"

"No wheelchairs. At all. None. Not handicap accessible and if you don’t bring your own wheelchair you’re out of luck. It was a little messy, but not as messy as Ross’ next door. They have a lot of items that you don’t usually find in other TJ Maxx’."

"Carla B (Manager) has absolutely no customer service skills, I am shocked how she is a manager, the store was not busy and she didn’t even greet me, she processed the transaction, gave me the receipt and didn’t say a single word, she should be sent back to training because she clearly doesn’t do her job properly, go to Detroit with that attitude, we don’t do things like that around here."
