"This place is garbage. If you enjoy eating out of a dumpster then this place is for you. They serve raw chicken thighs and the inside of the restaurant needs a deep cleaning. You're lucky if you actually get what you order! This has been an on-going problem at this location."

"We really do LOVE the food! The flavor is amazing, chicken is juicy and crunchy all the time and great for leftovers, WHEN you get all the food you ordered. Our last visit wasn't that great. We had an online order and went to pick it up in the drive thru and they only gave us half the food we ordered and I had to drive back around to the drive thru, show them that they didn't put all the food in there, which was totally gross they touched all the other food AGAIN and put it back in the box. Other than that the staff was really nice about the missing food. HOWEVER they didn't put all the food back in the box because we were still missing two items and they wanted us to drive all the way back up there and would only replace the two items knowing that now the meal would be cold. I don't think that is worth 5 stars but I'm hoping next time we visit it will be better!"

"I recently went through the drive-thru and upon getting home, we realized a regular fry was not there. I drove back and mentored to the young worker up front that we were missing a fry and his response was, "Soooo, you wanna small fry or something?".... No, I want a regular fry, which is what I ordered.... He then walks away. While I'm waiting, I felt as if the whole staff was mean mugging me for bringing up this concern. Overall, it just felt hostile, unprofessional and not welcoming at all. I don't believe I'll be returning to this location."

"We ordered chicken supreme meals, and the size of the chicken strips were almost the size of nuggets. It's definitely not worth the cost of the meals."

"Completely raw chicken! I was told there was a 3 minute wait for fresh chicken biscuits. After received my biscuit, I took two bites and something just felt off. Opened up my biscuit and saw raw chicken. Immediately called the store, and was told that they fryer has been broken for a few days and no one has come out to repair it, and was offer a replacement. Unfortunately, that didn’t sit right for me counting the fryer is broken and I didn’t want to expose myself to anymore raw chicken. Nothing but an empty apology."
