"You walk and lady asks for your name and without checking the orders to see if yours is in there she says it’s not ready. I looked at every order go into the waiting proofer and none where mine. I waited 30 minutes then she decided to get up to check and my order was just sitting there meaning it was in there since I walked in and I didn’t know you could work in bubble slippers. Seems like she just wanted to be comfortable. I’m sorry but bubble slippers are a hazard. On another note so many I don’t have that name I don’t have that name. I decide to leave a nice tip for my carry out but by the looks of it didn’t help. I knew I shouldn’t have ordered from Pizza Hut I had a gut feeling cause all the ones in my area seem to employ the same type of persons. I have video of the person wearing the bubble slippers"

"Would give 0 stars but Google doesn't offer that option. I cancelled my order after 1.5 hours. Received a text from Door Dasher about 10 min. later and I called him to let him know I cancelled the order. He said he would "unassign" it. About 10 min. later I receive another text saying he picked up the order and he was on his way. I texted and told him I cancelled it. He delivers and I meet him in the driveway and reiterated that I cancelled the order and I was not taking delivery of a 2 hour old pizza. He said he would return it to the store. I receive a text a few minutes after he leaves (with the pizza) saying that he confirmed that he handed my order directly to me. Contacted both Pizza Hut and Door Dash about this scam like situation. I'll see if I get my refund or if I'll have to dispute with my cc. Will never order from the Albemarle Road Pizza Hut again."

"Took over 2 hours to arrive. Was out for delivery for an hour. Ordered Big New Yorker. Hardly any pepperoni and of course cold. If you can imagine what leftover school pizza tastes like that was it. I won't be ordering from here again. Very disappointing."

"Wings, as I always put on Maps what I want near me. To my surprise appeared on the List Pizza Hut?!?! I went to see the menu and they offered Chicken too. I went to the place there was no one in the establishment and I was soon attended to. The place is a bit old and disorganized normal for a 3 star location, it took 15 minutes to place my order. In that time I was esoendo on the outside which is a nice place, three other people were withdrawing requests in that time. Politely the attendant called me and delivered my request. The wings tasted good nothing to complain about."
