"Everytime I go there, they always mess my order up..ordered Cajun filet club, didn’t have bacon on it, and wasn’t close to being fresh... Charged me for honey mustard but gave me ranch..called the manager for a credit for my order for the mess up and inconvenience, but she wanted me to drive all the way back down there for the bacon and honey mustard but no credit(which I’m not driving back at 9:00pm)..I’ve worked at 2 other franchises(sonic&McD) and we would have made the customer satisfied! 2/9/24 approx. 8:30 pm"

"The lady who supposed to be making sandwiches always has the worst attitude and suppose to be a manager....she has no people skills. She talks to her employees like they are dogs....she is the reason nobody wants to work for fast food anymore!!! Darrell and the young lady and the red haired lady need promotions in my opinion...and my boyfriend and I go to eat our order is wrong...I was supposed to get extra piece of sausage for my gravy biscuit and I ordered my bf a bacon and cheese biscuit but we received a ham biscuit...so in very displeased with this experience altogether"

"1st time at a BJs. dry chicken and fries over seasoned. had to rub off most of seasoning to eat the fries. expected better. soda machine not mixing right more soda water than sweet. was traveling so couldn't go back and ask for refund."

"This restaurant should be Inspected by the heath and Sanitation department. When I walked in the employees were Gathered and Leaning over the Counter. The cashier put my cup upside down on a Dirty counter. The ff were over cooked. I chicken stripes looked like someone took a bit out of it. After taking my order cashier and employees ignored me until the employee passed my food over the counter. I have contacted the heath and Sanitation department in that area Contacted Bojangles. Have not heard anything from Bojangles. Why would employees have their backs to the Customer...."
