"This place is a joke!! Sitting in drive thur for 20 mins at 640am with no one here but employees and they won't get on mic to take an order!!! How this place is in business is beyond reason! Now there are other cars behind me and they still won't speak!!+"

"The employees here intentionally are slow to do less work and provide poor service. We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. While waiting with my husband in the drivers seat, I walked my dog outside and walked around the building and looked through the 2nd pull-up window and they didn’t have anyone waiting past the speaker and there were 3 employees huddled together by the drink machine on their phones and when they saw me looking at them they all quickly dispersed away from the window except for the lady assigned to the window. Then another customer from inside the store came out and I asked her if they are waiting long inside and she said the wait inside is 20 minutes and she said they told her they were behind on orders and figured they were prioritizing the drive thru and I told her no that they make everyone wait 20 minutes and she was shocked. The workers only take one order at a time whether in the drive through or inside and claim they are behind when they are wasting time. After I got back in the vehicle and my husband told them the mobile order name and pulled up to receive the order, we were then told that they didn’t receive our order. So then I pulled up my mobile order to verify the address and told her it says to pick up in the drive thru. She told me to pull up and after waiting 20 minutes I told her I would prefer to wait at the window since they only take one order at a time and I was told that they would not be providing me service. I then asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t help me and she shut the window and put a cardboard in front. So after 5 more minutes of me waiting there trying to figure out if I should call the police or not, I was able to cancel the order. So save yourself some time and avoid this place because they work very hard at trying not to work."

"Stopped by on the way to the at almost 9pm. Staff was friendly via speaker and at the window. We ordered a spicy chicken and single. Both items were made correctly with the chicken having light mayo. Both items were hot as well as the fries!"

"It's a Wendy's. Staff was helpful, friendly, and food was ready quickly. Dining room tables were clean. Bathrooms were clean. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot even with larger vehicles, probably even with trailer. No complaints about anything. Have stopped here many times over the last decade."

"This was not a good Wendy’s. My family and I visited this location at around 11:00 AM on 11/25/2018. The bathroom smelled disgusting. The paper towels were sitting by the sink instead of their dispenser. Worst of all, there was no soap in the soap dispenser. I guess that means the employees aren’t washing their hands. They also messed us my order. I asked for ketchup on my sandwich and they did not add it. My brother got several chicken snack wraps. They all contained much less chicken than is normally included in the wraps. The tortillas were also stale. Overall a bad experience."
