"My son already reviewed but I wanted to add the guy stood at my door for quite a while after he rang the door and woke up everyone including our dog. My daughter was so scared she couldn’t go back to sleep. He stood there talking to himself and answering himself! I legit watched the recording over again because I thought someone was hiding! The fact the store wasn’t bothered by this mess up of addresses which our house is clearly marked is upsetting! Make sure you have the right address before ringing the doorbell at 11:30 PM!!"

"had a random delivery guy come to my house at 11:30 at night when he was supposed to go to the neighbors woke up me and my family and when i called the store only to make sure the man was okay because he came to the door with no pizza i got a quick and careless response and when i simply asked a couple of questions because i know my neighbor he responded with an attitude and had said he needed to go deal with food i would have happily waited on hold for him to do whatever but he hung up i recommend the sun valley location i called there first thinking it was there driver and the man was very kind and answered all my questions and even directed me to the right location and apologized for the inconvenience even tho it wasn’t his store’s fault"

"We have given this place several tries and it’s just not worth going back again. The place is clean and the front staff is usually pretty nice. Unfortunately they just can’t produce what they advertise online. Instead of rectifying the situation the manager just reiterates health department code. If it’s that hard to properly make a gluten free pizza, then don’t offer one. Every single GF pizza we pick up from this place has been burnt."

"I’d give zero stars if possible. We ordered 10/16 with no issues. We ordered 10/23 with no food. Ordered online for delivery at 5:54. Delivery within 60 minutes, according to website. Order stayed in “prep” stage. Called at 6:50. Asst. manager says she is only driver, etc. Can’t get it here. How close do I live? Give her option that I’ll come pick it up if it will be free. Manager, Stephanie gets on phone. Order has not even been made. They knew they had no drivers, so they only made the carry out orders. So if I opt to come get it, it will still be another 30 minutes. I can maybe live with that. But then Stephanie quips that for the 10 minutes I have spent “chewing me out”, she could have been making orders. First off, the entire call was only 8 minutes including the phone tree mess then speaking to asst. manager. Secondly, I refused to be talked to like that by a business who wants my money. Told her to cancel my order and refund my money."
