"Order was wrong 2 times, fries were cold, chicken sandwich was OK. Will not Order again. Didn't get the chicken fingers. Coke was almost flat."

"I ordered grilled chicken sandwich meal and it was AWFUL. The fries were hot and delicious. The chicken I couldn't even eat. It was DISGUSTING. It tasted rubbery and just nasty I spit it out and could not eat anymore. I still have the taste in my mouth. Absolutely gross. So disappointed"

"When my wife and I pulled up to the window we were pulled forward to wait for our food the young women at the window approached the car asking my wife if she liked women and that she had a cook who was a lesbian and would like to date her."

"The folks at Zaxby's has always served up some fine chicken sandwhich. Their sweet tea is made just right, too. I ordered via the drive through. After the order, the clerk ask me to pull up and he would bring the meal to me. I asked if he would include napkins. He said .. for sure. Well, he brings the food and forgets the napkins.But had turrned to the door faster than I could get his attention. So overall...don't miss a meal , just bring your own naPKINS."

"Absolutely horrible. They don't care. Took forever so we figured we would get some fresh food. Well, no, the food was horrible. Wife got wings and things, the boneless wings were old and like leather. The fries were old and without any seasoning what so ever on them. No forks for the coleslaw. Even better, when we were at the window, saw someone not working there come behind the counter and get his own cookies from the case. Hard to miss the bright orange shirt. I'm sure he washed his hands though.( Yeah right) tried to call and get a refund and nobody will answer the phone. I guess I'm going to have to call the corporate number and maybe they will answer. Probably going to call the health department also."
