"This isn't the Starbucks you come to for relaxing or quick service. It's more like a busy gas station. My mobile order took 20min OVER the estimated time to fill. Everyone is packed like sardines the entire time it's open. I'd recommend going to another one, or better yet one of the many local coffee spots instead."

"Filthy! Filthy! filthy! The counter looked as though it had not been wiped off in hours. NO napkins for us to wipe off a table to use! Trash on the floor. Inside and outside trash cans overflowing. We took our drinks to the car because both the inside and outside areas were too gross to enjoy the atmosphere."
