Dunkin'

"I've always been a fan of dunking doughnuts but not this location. We went this past weekend and had a terrible experience. Its dirty from the ceiling to the floor. Stains, crumbs, dust and the ceiling vents are gross! We purchased one of those coupon books for a school charity. We tried using one for this specific location. When we presented the coupon we were told they do not accept. That's puzzling because they paid to advertise in this book. When I questioned I was told the store manager had told the employees not to accept. Which is fine thanks to this experience we found MoMo's doughnuts across the street. What an amazing place. Thank you dunkin doughnuts we found d the best doughnuts we've ever had. In short stay away from this location nasty nasty nasty."

"I know doughnuts is their man specialty, but they also offer other items like bagels. In my mind all items should be done to a quality standard, and it can’t be that hard to make or in this case prepare a bagel. All they have to do is toast and add cream cheese. My order was simple >>> one everything bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese. And OMG it was by far the worst ever! It came burnt (the edges smelled like charcoal) and then they only added cream cheese to one side. Double whammy screw up!!! This is poor training and or maybe horrible self awareness by the staff who don’t care!!! Unacceptable!"

"I specifically asked prior to drive thru order if coffee was hot, employee giggled and said yes. I ordered HOT large coffee. Coffee I received was cold, can't even begin to call it hot. I went in store to complain, was told new pot would be brewed - WHY is it so hard to get hot, even warm coffee? Plenty of other options in area."

"Usually don't have issues here. Went back to get a refund on my iced latte because it was missing cinnamon. She said they didn't want to give a refund but they'd remake my drink. I really just wanted a refund because I figured if they made it in a way I didn't like it the first time, they'd probably do it again... and I was right. She remade it but it was completely doused in cinnamon this time. I just left with it because I figured it wasn't worth my time. If I got the same drink from the new Dunkin on Cherry Road and held it next to the one they gave me, it'd look completely different. The new Dunkin Donuts on Cherry Road is the one everyone should be going to; they are top notch. This location however... I was very polite and explained that other Dunkin's made it differently and wanted a refund. I'm not sure what was so hard about that. There was no need for the passive aggressiveness I received. The photos I attached... that is the amount of cinnamon she put in there. The cup was full, she did not only fill it half way. I tried to drink some since I paid for it but ended up stopping, so that's why it's halfway full. But the amount of cinnamon is all on the employee I spoke to today. The drink was supposed to be an iced caramel craze. Never had this issue at any other Dunkin."
