About the Business
The Fannin County Empty Stocking Program, Inc. Thrift Store is a non-profit organization located at 4149 East 1st Street in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Since 2014, we have been dedicated to assisting the children of Fannin County, especially during the Christmas season. Our organization operates on monetary donations and proceeds from our thrift store, which offers over 8,000 square feet of shopping space. We also provide Christmas assistance to underprivileged children by offering winter coats, clothing, shoes, toys, and more. In addition, we award scholarships to seniors at Fannin County High School and provide assistance for various needs throughout the year. Donations are accepted during our normal business hours, Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We do not accept certain items as donations, unless they are new. Visit our Facebook page for updates on sales, donations, and important dates. If you are interested in volunteering, please email us. "Best thrift store within the area. I travel here from Murphy, and always find something good!!"
"Great deals. Great THRIFT prices! Great employees. Happy atmosphere. Clean. A huge and nice selection. Just overall a great thrift store."
"The absolute BEST thrift store in Blue Ridge!! GREAT prices which means they sell a lot which means their shelves are always changing. Plus they are truly a non-profit helping kids that wouldn't have a Christmas otherwise! They buy presents for around 500 underprivileged children every year!! These guys are AMAZING!!! Not to mention helpful and friendly to their customers! Thanks guys for all that you do!"
"This is a wonderful thrift store. Very clean, good prices, lots of stuff and the workers are always so kind. I will never go back to the Humane Society thrift store up the road. This is the one I will continue to go to."
"I shop there several times a week and I donate. I saw an item sitting in the back and asked if they could price it because I wanted to buy it. There were six of them working and they said they could not price it now. So I went back an hour and a half later. It was still not priced. So I asked if they would save it for me, when they priced it, and I would come back by for it. They could not do that either. I thought it was unfriendly and unreasonable especially when I shop there often. I guess they don’t want my business."
