"We ran out of gas 2 days prior to New Year’s Eve and contacted our existing gas company, Amerigas. After countless calls with service consultants we could barely understand, we were told that if we wanted our tank filled within 24 hours we needed to pay $300.00. Needless to say we had no choice but to pay the fee as it was 50 degrees inside the house, we had no stove to cook on and no hot water. We waited a few hours and Amerigas still had not send anyone out. We went to Folger Gas and were greeted by an amazing sales representative who immediately scheduled the delivery of a new propane gas tank. We received this in less than 2 hours from our visit to their office with no additional fee. I can’t say enough good things about this company. We are greatly appreciative to them and their wonderful staff !!!"

"Like many propane customers in Fannin County I decided to switch from my previous provider due to horrible customer service and unbelievable prices (I won't name them but their reviews on Google make it pretty obvious who they are). I chose Folger because I was tired of being treated like dirt, and MANY friends and family members recommended them. They were running a special for new customers so I jumped on that. They had my new tank here in about a week and transferred over the propane from the other tank.
