"Asked for a self-described “quick quote” through their website. Was brushed off by their rep, Jason Ashfield for two days with multiple weak excuses on why he couldn’t provide a quote. He then told me I needed a RFP for a quote to be provided. He was rude, unhelpful, and never asked a single question about the event. He decided before he even knew what the event entailed that he wasn’t going to provide any info. Maybe change the info on your site if this human represents is the type of customer service you provide. What a waste of time!"
