"Feb 9th 2024. I am so disappointed. I have been going to Publics since they opened. The meat is outstanding and at one time sold at a reasonable price. In today's world everything goes up regrettably . The other item I never left the store without is the fried chicken. It is absolutely wonderful. I can live with the increased price if my family wants to continue to enjoy it. However they are now using a smaller chicken. How disappointing. It was always Ingles skimping to make a buck, now Publics can be added to the group."

"I ordered a large amount of food trays for an event. They were well presented. One of the trays was not what I ordered from the deli but it was well done. The shrimp tray was accidentally left off the order, and the person at the seafood counter was amazing- immediately putting it together for me and bringing it to me in the store."

"Love Publix, but we have issues at this store with the deli/bakery and with stocking issues. They are baking their sub bread way too far ahead of use, and leaving it exposed for too long - ending up with hard, stale bread. Bread in the bakery is good, and muffins and cookies, so not their fault. Also, when we shop things are often missing from shelves, or have disappeared. Then in a month, things will return. And shelves stocked - but other things sold out. Need better tracking of sales?? But still love Publix."

"Being a Floridian, Publix has been my market of choice for a several decades. One of the main reasons is their awesome subs. I was delighted to find one in Hendersonville, NC. HOWEVER, the sub l got was not consistent with Publix standards. What makes a Publix sub the best is their perfect rolls. The bread on this day was under baked and, therefore, gummy. What a disappointment. It ruined the whole much anticipated experience. I sincerely hope the new expansions don't get in the way of Publix' customary excellent quality standards."
