"The only reason I'm giving a 2 star review is bc of how rude the worker was. I bought a battery for 214$ and when I said something about the price he told me if I wanted cheaper to go to Walmart, very rudely. I wasn't even complaining about the price, I was just surprised. I was charged, and refunded of course, for something I didn't get. Went in to get an explanation on some charges I didn't understand. He treated me like I was stupid, he was big time smart and honestly didn't help me with what i didn't understand. I've been back since and have nothing but good things to say about the service I've received since then."

"Tony C. At the etowah location was extremely helpful, kind and very friendly. He went above and beyond his required duties....my air conditioning quit working and I tried adding freon and that didn't work so I took my car to auto zone in etowah and Mr. Tony came out to my car, examined it and actually fixed it.....l am so grateful. With 5-6 kids in this van, at all times, ranging from ages 17 months old to 19......u could only imagine that I need my air in my vehicle...thank you so much Tony"
