"Muffins are so dry, the sandwich looked like they dropped it on the floor, I didn’t receive munchkins, I got 4 donuts squished upside down. Absolutely the worst dunkin. Go to Murphy instead much better."

"First, I LOVE the staff! They are awesome. They fix thing that aren't right, I see a lot of the same people all the time, and they don't seem miserable! I love the coconut refreshers! They are my absolute favorite. I also love the varieties of coffee, lattes, ice coffee, and specialty coffee for the seasons. The donuts are always fresh, and they have a great selection. Same with the munchkins! Keep up the great work!"

"Let me start by saying that the employees are extremely extremely rude and dismissive of the customers. The place was absolutely disgusting. Nowhere to sit because everything was dirty. They were not busy at all. We were actually the only customers inside the store. And there was nobody at drive to. I ordered my coffee went next-door to the gas station while daughter waited to order hers. Came back and she still had not gotten her order took. I had to wait on us another 15 minutes. We were going to order donuts, but didn’t for two reasons. Half of the racks were empty, and there was flies all over the ones that they did have. Could not even sit and enjoy your coffee because there was nowhere to sit that was clean."
