"Do NOT use this business. I am a huge supporter of owner-operated businesses and I was excited about dealing with them but sadly it all went wrong. I remodel my Master bathroom and went to them for a piece of Quartzsite for the large vanity top. I gave them 50% down up front. When it came time to install, he was over 9 hours late. They showed up at almost 7:00 p.m. and we're in such a hurry and rude. I learned later that they had yet another delivery in Brevard after mine. Not my fault! I realized he never even put in the sink Clips when he left and I called him right away before they were down the road. He said I didn't need them, which I thought was weird. Then he sent his plumber to install the faucet and it leaked as soon as he left. They tried to tell me I had bought the wrong kind of faucet, which Cashier's Plumbing told me was incorrect. He charged me over $300 for the botched plumbing job and I had to hire a different plumber that did it properly. Kevin, the owner, was rude and unprofessional. He told me that he was getting out of the business. He should!! He over charged me for insufficient work. I am offended when businesses think that if you live here , you have money to burn. Do not make the mistake I did by trusting Kevin and his business."
"Please be aware, this company will charge your card without any authorization and without even remotely completing the agreed upon job. I HIGHLY recommend that you avoid them AT ALL COSTS. If I could go back in time, I’d have paid double to use any other contractor to complete my kitchen. It has been the biggest headache and what feels like a part time job trying to get them to fix the multitude of mistakes that they have made. For the first few months of this small job, I was very patient and understanding. I am well aware of the supply delays and staffing shortages - so I have been as patient and understanding as possible with the different contractors helping me to complete my remodel. I adequately relayed my plans for my countertops upon the first counter template with Kevin and the experience seemed to go well. When we received the initial template we realized there were several errors. We asked after completing the backsplash installation that the kitchen be re-templates to ensure the counters were cut correctly. Kevin came back out to do the template. Again I relayed what I was hoping to achieve, he measured and confirmed all of the details with me. I did not receive another rendering of the revised countertop template, instead they went back to their business and immediately cut the stone and scheduled to install two days later. When the installers brought the countertops in I noticed that the initial mistakes were made in the cuts. The countertops were several inches from the drawer fronts (nearly my whole hand was covered by countertop before I touch the drawer front), they did not have the windowsill piece, the countertops actually overlap INTO MY DOOR WAY, along with many other details that were not correct. I patiently conveyed the issues via email asking for them to be addressed. Instead I was met with argumentative employees that I hadn’t previously communicated with. They were incredibly rude. I emailed with Kevin and Nancy to let them know about the issues with countertops that needed to be addressed. They did not respond to my emails and instead THEY CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION OR APPROVAL FROM ME. This company runs an unethical and incompetent business. I hope this review spares you the headache I am currently experiencing with this company."
