"Beware!!! Go directly to Alp N' Rock for better service and prices. Rosenthal's Boutique has only a 7 day return policy, even for Christmas. Additionally, they don't even provide for an even exchange after that time. I obviously couldn't open my gift until Dec. 25th, so by the time I received it, it was already too late to evaluate the fit/quality. My item was over $200 and Rosenthal's policy is very harsh for online ordering. Fortunately, we learned our lesson and will never shop with them again. Again, go directly to Alp N' Rock for better service and prices."
