"Great small-town bbq place with all of the charm that you'd hope for. I sat at the bar and the service was friendly, attentive and the food was out super fast. They accidentally gave me pulled pork instead of ribs so I was able to try both. The ribs were perfectly tender and the turkey was a pleasant surprise. I got burnt ends and they were a little dry, but still great flavor. Both the collard greens and green beans were solid and I would get them again. One thing that stood out was all of the different bbq sauces they have to try, which was fun."

"Stopped here after leaving the casino. We were starving. Looked on maps, lots of fast food options. Lots of Asian and Mexican food. Saw the sign and figured let’s stop. Cute place, great service. The sides were excellent. The stars of the show were lacking smoked flavor. The turkey was overdone and dry. The brisket was tender, but sliced against the grain. Hubby had the brisket sandwich with a side of fries."

"I ordered the dry rub ribs , fries and baked beans . My husband had the turkey , greens and Mc n cheese . Our highlights Ribs : flavorful , Smokey , tender and the rub is amazing ! Turkey : Smokey , flavorful , really juicy and soft Mc cheese : cheesy and lots of pepper and flavor ! Greens : OMG .. so much bacon flavor and tender . Not bitter ! Pecan pie - soo it was delicious but overpriced and a really small portion I would skip dessert"

"We made an unplanned stop and ended up at Haywood Smokehouse for lunch. We were glad we did. Our food was great, and made quickly. The salads are fresh, the mac and cheese and french fries were good and the wings are great too. I usually not a fan of smoked wings, but they deep fry them to give them the extra crunch."
