"Liars and thieves! My truck was towed by them and I called the next day to see if they had it and they told me no. I looked for my truck for over a week until I called again to have them tell me they did have it and now it would cost 850 dollars to get it out! The woman was nasty and said "I don't know what to tell you if you want your truck you'll pay 850 dollars" that is an insane amount of money for storage especially when they lied to me and told me my truck wasn't there. Crooks plain and simple. Lying to someone to force them to pay more money to you is stealing flat out."

"Worst experience EVER!!! I’m only giving them one star because I have too in order to write this review. First of all the girl at the desk is something else.. She’s extremely rude and impossible to deal with, very unprofessional.. She must be related to the owner. We show up to get a quote on our motorcycle fender, she brings my fiancé over and introduces him to “Shawn” their employee. We get a quote for the repair on the company letterhead. Shawn takes the fender. It was not finished within the time frame they quoted. Weeks later, I go to pick it up and there were drip marks all over it. He didn’t put the chrome pieces back on. He hands me a box and tells me to put the fender on my dining room table so it can finish drying. And then to put the pieces on myself. I paid Swain Collision and Auto Body for this job. It even appeared on my statement as such. I called my fiancé to tell him about the drip marks and the chrome, and he told me to take it right back to them. Seven weeks later we return to pick up the fender only for them to tell us it was a side deal with Shawn. He wasn’t there and neither was our fender. AND they had us trespassed by the police. Steer clear of this shady business and their crazy shenanigans…"
