"We heard good things about Travis from multiple sources, but the reality didn't live up to the hype. Scheduling and communication were challenging, but he eventually made it out to our home to provide a quote. He said the job running a new gas line would be tough but doable. Later, he came back to drill through the side of our chimney (step 1), but it turned out his equipment wasn't appropriate for the job. He promised to come back to complete the project with a better drill, but we haven't been able to get in touch with him since then. Seems like Travis might have gotten in over his head, but the least he could have done was say so instead of wasting our time and then ghosting us. I'd recommend using someone else in the area."

"I tell yall what I appreciated the most about Travis. He wasn't affraid to handle a job for me that was out of the norm. My has line had to be dug in by hand and gosh it was rocky and I have an old 1950s gas stove, and not only did he put the gas line in he helped me get my old stove back to going.
