"We had a delicious meal at Posana!! The pork belly appetizer was amazing. I also had the steak chilaquiles and it was fantastic! The flavor was great and the steak was cooked very well. The gluten free dessert was pretty good but just be weary that it is gluten free!"
"Went to NYE dinner this year. The prix fix menu was amazing. We all loved our dishes. From the oysters, the squash soup, quail, filet, mushroom pasta to our bevies, we can only say wonderful things. I highly recommend Posana and I will be back again soon!"
"My wife and I dined at Posana last night for our first time. We did not have a reservation so we were happy to sit at the bar. Nikki and Mitchell were so attentive and kind. They helped us choose the right wine and had great recommendations on food options. The pork belly appetizer and the Joyce Farms chicken entree were something special. Highly recommend a dessert cocktail! Our meal and experience was amazing and we will definitely be back for another date night. Cheers!"
"A lovely anniversary dinner. Cheddar biscuits and kale salad to start were on point. So good and just the right size. The sweet potato gnocchi with black trumpet farms mushrooms was quite tasty, and my husband really enjoyed his creole grilled salmon dish. We were welcomed kindly for our celebration and even brought complimentary champagne and a few tastings at the beginning and end of our meal."
"Very mixed feelings. So, the place cares about the design vibe and I think it has high aspirations. What I was surprised by is terrible service by our waitress who was super slow and had an attitude we haven’t seen in a long time (eyes rolling, ignoring us, etc.), and that the place which brags as having a great wine cellar serves Italian wine that clearly has turned. Also, the table we were seated at was so small for four people! They really need to rethink how they do things; it wasn’t comfortable, it was cramped! My lamb dish was very underwhelming, not enough salt and too peppery even though I said I don’t like spicy food. I make better food at home. The rest was OK but honestly popcorn on a beet salad is just lazy, the best part was the desserts which tells me they have a great pastry chef, and that’s about it. For the prices and the vibe they’re going for, I expected way way more. We left annoyed and won’t be going back for a while for sure. Honestly, so far in the foodie town of the South I found only found one very consistent restaurant and that’s Curate."
