"The food is always good, the service is typically professional, and we've turned a trip to the drive-thru into a part of our experience when leaving Biltmore. I don't want to leave a 1* review for one experience, but for travelers who don't frequent Asheville, that one experience might be the only one they ever have. Once they fire or retrain their manager that closed 12/10/23, they'll be back to 5*. OT, the cashier, was the level of professionality we expected, though. Really hoping this girl lying to/gaslighting my husband is a one-off either in having a bad night or being invited to work elsewhere."
